I use Eucerin Intensive Repair Very Dry Skin Lotion and Eucerin in the jar. I also add oils like Pangea.

For 30 years, I have only used Dove soap or Oil of Olay. In the past six to seven years, I have started using Gold Bond Ultimate lotion. Before that and even now, I stick to any lotions that don’t have a lot of fragrance. No one can believe I have psoriasis or eczema when they find out. I feel it’s because I have never deviated from my regimen. A few times I’ve used fragranced lotions only because someone gifted it to me, and right away, I have had a reaction.

I use coconut oil on my clear skin, but on my psoriasis patches I use a mixture of hydrocortisone cream, triple antibiotic ointment, Lotrimin cream and Mylanta.

I use an exfoliating sugar scrub with coconut oil in the shower. I use cocoa butter before I get out of the shower and dry naturally. Then I add more cocoa butter throughout the day any time I am itchy. T/Gel shampoo helps with my scalp.

I use Vaseline Intensive Care Deep Moisture Cream. It’s thick and creamy. It’s the only moisturizer that has any longevity on my skin. It’s also reasonably priced.

I make sure I don’t use body wash that has chemicals that strip the moisture from my skin, and I moisturize with shea butter.
